Held at Lionel Perry Park in the heart of Surfers Paradise, this year A La Carte in the park was one of the most anticipated events on the food lover’s gold coast calendar of events!

Starring culinary experiences and interactive zones, STINGRAY lounge shared some tantalising treats that left your taste buds wanting more.

Our team of talented chefs headlined by executive chef Luke Stepsys and our resident Peruvian Prince in Stingray, Juan Sanchez, stole the show with a playlist of Stingray crowd favourites. Succulent braised beef and chorizo in crisp empanada pastry with salsa verde, the ever popular tacos of drunken prawns, shredded Mexican pork and slow braised beef cheek all flew out the door.
Our cheeky ‘me so corny’ corn on the cob was a massive hit with the ladies and we finished strong with a sweet delight of macaroons in flavours created by our talented team. After much Deliberation from like-minded foodys, it wasn’t a question of what to order from STINGRAY but when to stop!

In addition to our cracking foods we had “Allstar Mixologists” Jonathan Jack and Nicholas James shaking the interactive cocktail set. One of the cocktails showcased was the STINGRAY Cocktail of the Month ‘PASSION SUPPREMMA’ margarita made with vanilla infused tequila and served with passion fruit sorbet and tickled with a sugar rim!
