The Food And Wine Expo is an annual 3-Day event  (Friday-Sunday) and houses more than 150 local and national exhibitors in the Food & Wine Industry. These exhibitors include all areas of the industry, including Wine Makers, Distributors, Gourmet Restaurants, Coffee, Chocolate, and Candy & Tea.

SMEG Celebrity Main Stage - The Celebrity Main Stage will have all the latest recipes and cooking ideas for you to try at home! Grab a front row seat, sit back and relax and watch Celebrity Chefs create sensational recipes – an interactive cooking show not to be missed! 

Celebrity Dining Room - Your chance for an intimate dining experience with a MasterChef favourite! Enjoy a Friday night Dinner, or a luncheon on Saturday & Sunday! Your time in the Dining Room includes a glass of Champagne and nibbles on arrival, followed by a full 3 course meal matched with wines – plus the chance to learn MasterChef secrets! Tickets available late 2014.

The Appreciation Area - Taste, sample and learn the art of fine food and wine. With Appreciation sessions continually running throughout the three days – there will definitely be something for you!

Official Wine Masterclass - You’ll swirl and sip, examine colour and clarity and learn Wine Tasting tricks for your next dinner party, all guided by wine connoisseur Mr. Paul Hanratty. Tickets available late 2014 (NB: You must also purchase entry to the show, this ticket is to join the Masterclass inside the Appreciation Area)
Does the glass REALLY make that much difference? Experience for yourself the difference drinking wine from the specific wine varietal glass makes. You will be blown away. Moderated by Wine Connoisseur Mr. Paul Hanratty. We will help you develop your palate, assess the wines quality and its cellaring potential and of course learn the art of wine appreciation.
