Every Sunday for Lunch and Dinner throughout winter enjoy scrumptious roasts masterfully garnished and baked by our expert chefs. Delicious Roasts will be on rotation weekly so come enjoy a Sunday Roast as well as the full Interactive Marketplace with a touch of extravagance.

On the Menu:

  • Roast scotch fillet with hot mustard coleslaw, bordelaise sauce and duck fat potatoes
  • Wood – oven roasted pig with Pedro Ximinez glazed carrots, labne and fennel pollen
  • Standing rib roast with mustard crust, Yorkshire pudding and gentleman’s relish
  • Herb roasted free-range chicken with braised lettuce, peas, bacon and bread sauce
  • Slow roasted bone-in lamb shoulder with Sicilian caponata and  stone-ground polenta
  • Cuban style roast pork belly with sour crème, orange, pickles and tomatillo verde
  • Spit-roasted goat with spiced cauliflower salad, potato cake, yoghurt and harissa
  • Seafood’s and salads, hot and cold meats. Regardless of where you start or finish, each and every dish is accompanied by a passionate chef, eager to explain the intricacies of their creations.
